I am trying to get visual voicemail going on my mytouch slide, it came with the phone (not sure if they all did) and I will go in to activate it and click...
activate-->yes-->not activated, you do not have access to visual voicemail. Please upgrade acct.-->click upgrade-->says visual voicemail is avail with this phone as part of your data plan for no additional charge.-->Click Enable Visual VM-->Your purchase can not be completed at this time.
So it seems like it's just running me in a circle and it's getting annoying! lol I've tried resetting my phone (taking battery out) but that didn't work either...anyone have any ideas??
