I am trying to get visual voicemail going on my mytouch slide, it came with the phone (not sure if they all did) and I will go in to activate it and click...
activate-->yes-->not activated, you do not have access to visual voicemail. Please upgrade acct.-->click upgrade-->says visual voicemail is avail with this phone as part of your data plan for no additional charge.-->Click Enable Visual VM-->Your purchase can not be completed at this time.
So it seems like it's just running me in a circle and it's getting annoying! lol  I've tried resetting my phone (taking battery out) but that didn't work either...anyone have any ideas??  Huh

Call T-Mobile. They have to cllick a little box on their computer screen that says "visual voicemail" and activate it for you. If you are having any other data issues, they can resolve those too. Usually, customer service is extremely helpful with these issues.
