Wireless Tether update?

Does anyone know if theres an update to the wireless tether for rooted EVO's? I was holding off on rooting until i found a suitable wireless tether app, and then i found the UNREVOKED painless tether(which was redicously easy) and installed the app "wireless tether" and its awesome so far but i wanted to put some protection on it and it only has WEP and not WPA, and i know having WEP is just the same as not even having a password at all.

i cant really find the page i got the app from either, it was one of the google code pages.
